疫情下的Lily

Lily是一個9歲、四年級傳統小學的學生,因為疫情關係已經有4個月不能夠回校上課。她每日都是坐在電腦前上虛擬課堂,小休時間也機不離手和同學們傾談,下課後還要完成網上功課,之後再要參與網上學習;完成後再找同學Olivia、Jack和Emma玩網上遊戲,每天花了大部分時間在電腦上。睡眠時間也變得愈來愈晚,早上不願意起床,媽媽要用盡各種方法才能勉強帶她離開睡床和梳洗。

一個月過去,更加發現Lily不能夠專心上課,除了有些不耐煩和坐立不安之外,更加會同步看視頻和玩遊戲,忍耐力也不斷下降,經常因為小事而鬧情緒,學習情況轉差,終日沉迷於網絡遊戲和活躍於社交網站,情況每下愈況。老師也擔心她有上網成癮和情緒問題,建議安排她接受評估。最終發現Lily患有專注力不足\過度活躍症(ADHD),同時也有輕度網上成癮,要接受合併治療來處理她的情況。

經過兩個多月的悉心治療和行為訓練,Lily能夠專心上課,同時可以自己完成老師的指示和要求,作息時間也相對穩定,復活節前已經開始恢復部分實體上課,專注力和耐性都有明顯改善。這次疫情帶給各家庭成員不同的挑戰和困難,希望疫情能盡快過去,各人能夠重新回歸正常生活。
