做運動 愈做愈「虧」?

相信大家都認為,運動是強身健體和減肥排毒的不二法門,但從未想過運動對某些人而言竟是一種傷害?

很多人做運動都追求出汗,認為出汗量愈大愈能排廢。但在中醫角度,「汗為心液」、「汗多則傷血,血傷則心虛」,汗出太過會耗傷陰血,陰血不足無法養血則會引發心系疾病:眩暈、心悸等。尤其一類人:氣虛體質,氣虛型人士因陽氣不足,無法固攝體內水液,一旦毛孔開泄則大汗出不能止,隨之氣隨津脫,最終導致氣血皆虛。

如何得知自己是否氣虛型人?氣虛人士常見症狀:精神疲憊、肢體乏力、呼吸氣短、常眩暈、心悸等,甚或承標題所言:運動汗出後反而感到更疲倦;而非精神爽利。這類型人士不建議進行劇烈運動,並需於日常透過飲食調補。

脾腎雙補湯

材料:黨參20克、淮山1両、生薑適量、雞或豬肉1斤

益氣補津湯

材料:花旗參20克、石斛1両、無花果乾10至15粒

假如症狀較重、影響日常生活者,應及早求醫。
