中醫配方抗疫潤肺壯腎湯 虎乳靈芝玉竹百合補肺氣

新冠肺炎兩年前開始爆發,不少求診者都請林婉珺醫師介紹潤肺補肺湯水,於是她綜合了一些性質温和,適合大眾飲用的藥材湯方,包括虎乳靈芝、玉竹、百合、淮山、五指毛桃、核桃、杞子、桂圓,量好分量再真空包裝,大家加入瘦肉及蜜棗煲1.5小時就煲到保健靚湯。

註冊中醫師林婉珺指出,不少臨床新冠肺炎確診者除了肺熱、咳嗽、氣虛、氣喘、容易疲倦之外,還有濕氣重的問題,會影響脾胃的運化。林醫師綜合了性質温和的藥材製作湯料包,再加入瘦肉、蜜棗或無花果煲湯,便有潤肺潤燥、化痰止咳、補肺氣、補腎氣,以及健脾去濕的功效,適合大眾包括長者、小孩飲用。對於氣管敏感人士特別容易咳或喉嚨痕癢尤其適合,皮膚易過敏、腰膝酸軟人士也適合飲。

材料:

虎乳靈芝

玉竹

百合

淮山

五指毛桃

核桃

杞子

桂圓

步驟:

1.將材料略洗備用,500 克瘦肉汆水。 

2.把所有材料及 5 粒無花果放入煲內,加入 6-8 碗清水,大火煲沸後轉小火煲 1.5 小時,可煲出 4-5 碗湯。

備註:素食者可加約 2 両的合桃或腰果取代瘦肉。
