孕婦產後便秘 宜用中藥補氣

女人生孩子其中一個常見問題是「產後便秘」。這聽起來好像只是小問題,但剛生產完的媽咪,已經有許多事要煩心和辛苦,若再加上便秘困擾,真是百上加斤,辛苦有誰知。

一般來說,產婦生產後數日沒有大便,或大便乾燥、結實,難以排出,都稱為產後便秘。我們身體的氣是用來推動一切的,包括排便。而產婦因血虛而引發氣虛,氣不能運行於腸道,血也不能滋潤大腸,於是產生大便困難。產婦可從飲食和生活習慣著手改善,例如多喝水,一天喝2公升也無妨;並且要多吃高纖維食物如蔬果、麥皮等,還應養成一有便意立刻去廁所的習慣,不可拖延。

當然,適當使用中藥也有幫助。但要注意,由於產婦的便秘是因血虛引致氣虛而起,不能用一般人治療便秘的瀉下方法,否則會進一步大傷產婦的元氣,而導致有機會出現產後抑鬱症。以下是一條治療產後便秘的經驗方:

黨參8錢、當歸8錢、何首烏5錢。

表面看來這方內並沒有瀉下、潤腸的藥物,實則它是通過增強產婦的氣血,使產婦的腸道運行情況恢復正常,從而有正常的大便,所以是治本兼可同時調理產婦身體的好方法。
