冬瓜也能減肥美膚?

冬瓜是夏秋季節主要蔬菜之一,一般以老(披霜)者為佳。冬瓜中含有多種維生素、蛋白質和營養物質。冬瓜肉、皮、籽、瓤均可入藥,具有防病治病的作用。冬瓜藥性偏涼。《食療本草》中曰︰「熱者食之佳,冷者食之瘦人。」即病證屬熱的患者服之適宜,屬虛寒者服之則易損傷正氣。經常食用冬瓜可預防體內脂肪堆積,並能利水消腫,其不僅能夠防治高血壓、肝腎疾病等引起的水腫,還可起到減肥的作用。此外,冬瓜也是護膚增白的美容佳品。

古人使用冬瓜減肥美容有着悠久的歷史。明代李時珍對冬瓜的美容作用有「令人好顏色,益氣不饑,久服輕身耐老」的論述。《神農本草經》上載︰「和顏悅色,光澤喜人。」《食療本草》有「欲得體瘦健輕者,則可常食」的論述。古代文獻中記載許多冬瓜內服外用的方劑和方法。內服減肥養生,外用增白護膚。因此,冬瓜是物美價廉、簡便易行的減肥增白美容佳品。

以下介紹兩個常用的內服、外用方法︰

內服︰冬瓜洗淨切塊,可與多種食物配伍煲湯。湯成後,飲湯。功效︰減肥輕身。

外用︰冬瓜仁曬乾後研成細末,與豬油等量調勻後,微火熬膏,備用。每日早晚塗搽面部與手部。功效︰潤膚增白。
