「飲水都肥」因痰濕

好多愛美人士也關心是否真的有人天生「肥底」和「瘦底」。如果天生「肥底」,是否無論怎樣減都不會瘦?

「肥底」和「瘦底」以中醫角度看,的確有受先天因素影響。所謂「肥人多濕,瘦人多火」,意思是易發胖的人多見脾虛有濕。五臟六腑中,脾主理運化水濕,亦即主管體內水液的代謝。若見脾虛,身體的水液代謝和機能就會減慢,故容易「聚濕生痰」,痰濕泛溢肌膚或停滯體內,就會積聚脂肪,形成肥胖。要改善這種體質,須健脾祛濕,臨牀診治時常用藥方如六君子湯(陳皮、法夏、黨參、白朮、茯苓、炙甘草),並避免肥膩、甘甜和生冷的食物。另外一種天然祛濕法是多做運動以排汗及提高新陳代謝。

反之,那些吃很多都不長肉的「瘦底」人士,多屬陰虛火旺。陰虛火旺是指臟腑陰分虧虛,失於滋養,虛熱內生的表現。由於缺乏津液滋潤,所以易引致形體不充而消瘦,也容易出現眼乾、皮膚乾燥、咽喉疼痛、失眠煩躁等症狀。

對於這類人而言,可以從清熱滋陰的方向進行調理,平常宜喝花旗參茶,少食辛辣、燥熱、煎炸的食物。

雖然「肥底」和「瘦底」的確有受先天因素影響,但後天也可從中藥、針灸、飲食、運動來調理陰陽,改善體質。
