肝膽病系列—膽脹病如何預防?

膽脹病是中醫病名。包涵了西醫的急和慢性膽囊炎、急和慢性膽管炎、膽汁淤積症、膽石症,以及膽道蛔蟲症等病症。臨床見右脇及上腹部脹痛或絞痛。口苦、噯氣、嘔吐噁心或伴有黃疸為主要表現。情緒波動,飲食不節,生活不規律都會誘發該病復發。如何預防?應從以下幾個方面入手:

  1. 調節情緒

膽脹病往往與個人情緒密切相關,七情過激在膽脹病發病中起了重要作用。所以要提倡「恬淡虛無,真氣從之,精神內守」,使情緒安定,氣血調和。

  1. 調節飲食

膽脹病的發病與飲食不節有很大的關係,尤以暴飲暴食,過食油膩為多。所以要節制飲食,定時定量,飲食清淡,營養豐富。多選擇低脂、高糖、高蛋白、富維生素、易消化食物。要糾正不吃早餐的習慣,三餐規律,養成良好的飲食習慣。

  1. 起居規律

按時休息,避免熬夜,保證充足的睡眠。適當鍛煉身體,調暢周身氣血,促進代謝,防止過度肥胖。避免過於勞累及精神高度緊張,避免寒冷刺激,均可減少膽脹病的復發。
