頸腰背痛唔去醫 變慢性病

香港疼痛學會推算,本港近200萬人患腰背神經痛。都市人長期使用電腦、姿勢不良,但9成頸腰背痛患者都不會主動求醫,日積月累變慢性神經痛。而維他命B雜可配合止痛藥,有效減腰背疼痛及提升活動能力。

香港疼痛學會主席李靜芬指,腰背痛可引致肌筋膜疼痛症,屬慢性筋膜炎,症狀如局部疼痛、擴散和持久的疼痛、觸痛、活動受限和僵硬。如慢性痛症持續,神經纖維因而過敏,引發神經痛,包括肌肉麻、痹、針拮感、灼熱感及閃電痛等。

李又引述研究指,維他命B1、B6及B12配合止痛藥,更有效減少腰背疼痛及提升活動能力,「一旦出現神經痛,可進食維他命B雜補充劑,保護受損神經。」

補維他命B雜紓緩

50歲的Sam在3年前因踏單車時閃避障礙物而閃到頸部,加上平時在辦公室坐姿不正確,痛症持續;後來疼痛由頸部蔓延至腰背,手更常有麻痹感,曾接受針灸、跌打治療都無效。經李診治後發現是肌筋膜疼痛症,處方放鬆肌肉藥、維他命B雜及一劑局部麻醉注射,配合適當運動,1個月後痊癒。
