無指導亂健身 腰椎間盤突出增3

健身不當隨時引發腰椎間盤突出,有脊醫指,近兩年因無教練指導胡亂健身致腰椎間盤突出的個案升3倍,由前年年均3宗增至去年12宗。有體適能教練提醒,健身前要做適量熱身及注意肌肉平衡,最好找專業教練指導。

椎間盤位於脊骨關節之間的啫喱狀軟組織,若受到突如其來撞擊或拉扯,裏面的纖維環破裂,輕則有痛症或手腳麻痹,嚴重若壓着中樞神經,更可致癱瘓、失禁。

脊醫王俊華指,很多人只注重訓練「鏡子肌肉」,即訓練對着鏡子見到的身體前部分肌肉,忽略背部肌肉鍛練,加上長期低頭用電子產品,易出現「上交叉綜合症」,即頸椎弧度變直,承重力大大下降,有機會引發「下交叉綜合症」,盤骨會向前傾,走路有寒背情況;兩種綜合症均較易致腰椎間盤突出。

王表示,一名25歲OL求診時稱,為慳錢沒聘用教練自行健身3個月,其後練習挺舉時突感胸椎不適且手腳麻痹,終確診腰椎間盤突出。「她和很多都市人一樣於跑步機上低頭看手機煲劇,跑步姿勢錯誤。」經1周治療,麻痹好了7成,但其他問題仍需半年至1年治理。

註冊國際體適能專業教練林睿孚指,不少人自行健身時,因沒教練指正,用了錯誤發力姿勢,容易拉傷肌肉。他建議平衡各肌肉的訓練,最好找合資格的專業教練指導。
