長跑慎防跟腱炎

近年愈來愈多人熱衷長跑運動,因此每年舉行的馬拉松賽事中,都吸引大批市民參加。長跑需要不斷運用連接腳跟與小腿後方肌肉的跟腱,阿基里斯腱及足底筋膜,以向前推進。參加者若過度操練或熱身不足,容易出現勞損性跟腱炎,最常見有足底筋膜炎和阿基里斯腱炎。

患者初期會感到跑步時腳跟「陰陰痛」,但由於跑步帶來的快感往往蓋過痛楚,患者容易忽略徵狀而不加理會。久而久之,跟腱或筋膜得不到充份休息,腳跟疼痛會加劇甚至腫脹起來,後期連走路也會感到疼痛。

讀者要留意,阿基里斯腱若會因長期發炎而鈣化,最終需要施手術治理。另外,患有扁平足的跑手會有腳掌內旋及後足外翻的問題,導致跑姿不良及跟腱的內側長期受到過量拉扯,令跟腱炎更容易出現,他們宜穿上扁平足矯正鞋或矯形鞋墊保護足踝。

跟腱炎是可以預防及避免的,跑手要選擇合適的運動鞋,起跑前做足熱身,訓練循序漸進,跑步後應進行簡單拉筋來放鬆肌肉,跑步以外亦需配合其他訓練以強化足踝關節。

假如感到腳部疼痛,應盡快求醫,接受物理治療及給予足部充份休息,切勿勉強訓練。
