食得恰當新年健

有機構趁元旦日調查港人的新年願望,過半受訪者冀來年健康可以得到改善,註冊營養師指港人工時長,飲食習慣不理想,又缺乏適量運動,導致身體容易疲倦,建議港人作息定時,保持飲食均衡,新一年活得健康快樂。

新一年市民各有所願,有機構發布港人「回顧2014展望2015問卷調查」結果,有515人受訪,逾五成希望新一年於健康方面「做得更好」,當中三成二人在過往一年經常感到疲累,身體出現毛病及腸胃不佳者分別佔兩成多,一成八受訪者則飲食不定時。

疲累令免疫力下降

營養師李淑玶表示,港人工作時間較長,睡眠時間不足,加上壓力都可能導致失眠,所以常常感到疲累,免疫力更因此下降。她建議:「就算工作幾繁忙,都要適當調整生理時鐘,畀自己足夠休息;每星期都要做適量運動,增強抵抗力。」李又指年年驗身乃維持健康訣竅,切勿諱疾忌醫。

李淑玶指出,不少「都市病」因飲食習慣而起,「香港人有時忙到連洗手間都冇時間去,而且飲食唔定時,影響腸胃,造成便秘。」她呼籲多吸收保護腸胃的食物,如乳製品、含豐富纖維的蔬果,「如果太多嘢做,唔可以準時食午餐,其實可以食個水果攝肚,有好多水果可以原個食。」

李強調:「紓緩壓力攝取五穀類或者深海魚都得,好似含奧米加3嘅三文魚,有助穩定情緒。」
