骨科醫生吳彥上訴得直 (港聞)

專門以非截骨手術治療拇趾外翻的骨科專科醫生吳彥，被指向一名印尼女病人提供不適當治療，去年7月被醫務委員會裁定2項專業失德及須即時停牌3個月。吳早前入稟高等法院申請上訴推翻醫委會的裁決，上訴庭今頒下判詞，指控罪只涉及沒給予意見等疏忽情況，沒提及不誠實。委員會從沒修改過控罪，卻在裁決時指吳有誤導及不誠實，未有給他機會申辯。法官指在專業標準上「有過失」及「有疏忽」是有極大分別，今判吳上訴得直，案件發還重審。
