皮膚未老先衰 生活飲食習慣成關鍵
 

 

「皮膚免疫力」調查發現,本港每4名女性中,有一人皮膚未老先衰,逾九成出現不同程度的皮膚問題,當中以「皮膚缺水」(42%)、「色斑」(41%)最為普遍。

「皮膚免疫力」失衡時皮膚易受感染,造成敏感、發紅等問題,甚至皮膚提早出現衰老現象;紫外線照射、情緒壓力、營養攝取不足等因素會降低皮膚免疫力,導致皮膚質素下降。

見意: 提升皮膚質素,除保持心境開朗、每日做防曬和適量運動外,還需多吃粗糧,保持足夠睡眠,攝取足夠食用油、營養和水分,如每日攝取6至8両蛋白質(1両蛋白質約為1只雞蛋、250ml低脂或脫脂牛奶)、6至8両蔬菜(約為半碗熟的蔬菜) 2至3份生果。
