水果減肥法 ?
 

 

~近期流傳「水果減肥法」建議每日三餐只吃水果代替其他食物,長期進食會引致營養不良,引致缺鐵性貧血、骨質疏鬆等問題。水果含有果糖,果糖是糖的一種,每克糖提供4卡路里,多吃也會致肥。

不少人飲果汁代替吃水果。鮮榨果汁含豐富維他命A、C及鉀質等,有增強免疫力、促進膠原蛋白形成、維持皮膚健康及降血壓的功效。

一杯果汁須要用至少兩個水果造成,一杯的熱量和果糖比單吃一個水果高,例如一杯250毫升的純橙汁約25克的糖份,相對於5茶匙的糖。

網上傳自家製將水果切片浸水飲用,事實是浸出的是果糖和有限量的營養素。人體主要靠肝臟自行「排毒」,維持肝臟健康才是養生之道。
