塵蟎是濕疹致敏原之一

~皮膚病、哮喘與鼻敏感患者，因是過敏體質，天氣潮濕適合塵蟎繁殖。塵蟎是引起濕疹的其中一個原因，盡可能室內的空氣濕度保持在50％至60％可以用抽濕機，也可以用冷氣機，冷氣機需要每年清潔兩次，長期不清潔的冷氣機，內部會滋生病菌，令空氣污染，也會誘發過敏。

空氣清新機，淨化機只能夠清除空氣中的花粉、屋塵及黴菌等過敏原，在大量污染物及通風不足的環境下，其實不能發揮作用。
