~美國《醫療日報》指女性每天在全黑環境下入睡至少八小時,可以提高體內褪黑激素的濃度,保護卵子不受損,提高受孕機率。

研究員指,已懷孕的女性開燈睡覺會影響胚胎發育,因胎兒的生理時鐘被擾亂,孩子出生後或許會出現部分問題,如活躍過動症或自閉症。
