你有冇聽過光老化?

小時候,我都好喜歡同陽光玩遊戲,非常純粹的童年,想玩就玩,去郊外玩去海邊玩。後來我知道,想同陽光玩遊戲,就一定要做足準備,因為沒有足夠的皮膚保護就貿然同陽光玩,肌膚就好容易出現「光老化」!

很多人不愛塗防曬,怕化學成分、怕阻塞毛孔,又怕黏稠不舒服,重點其實要識得智選。我強烈反對不塗防曬,不是單單不想肌膚變深色,而是重要關鍵「預防光老化」!紫外線會令肌膚鬆弛下垂、促成乾紋皺紋、刺激黑色素斑點、令膚質變得粗糙,長期過度暴曬甚至有機會皮膚癌。

內在調理也可對抗光老化,即是多吃抗氧化食物和清除自由基的食物,如含豐富維他命C的奇異果;紅黃綠蔬果,如西芹、番茄、黃椒;堅果吸收健康油脂,如核桃。

曾經和兩位星級化妝師傾談時說到,最怕夏天出out job,口徑一致的原因:「只是短短兩年,自己似老咗十年,又乾、又斑、又紋,後知後覺後悔莫及,就是經常戶外工作暴曬也沒塗防曬!本以為皮膚曬黑也沒相干,殊不知會嚴重加速皮膚衰老!」

並非全盤否決大家去擁有健康膚色,就算曬黑,都可以有備而戰,重點是保護和事後護理,身邊很多朋友也會這樣做,有些更認為,反正自己這麼多雀斑和曬斑,乾脆地曬黑自己,甚麼斑也可遮掉,連買遮瑕膏的錢也省掉!記得千萬不可暴曬而曬傷自己的皮膚。不塗防曬,罪大惡極!絕無誇大,據研究顯示,任由陽光暴曬皮膚十分鐘,等同加速衰老十天!至於我,正在測試一些新的醫學級防曬,希望更專業的成分和成效,而又有新技術同大家分享,密切留意我的Facebook Page。
