手指伸不直, 也越來越痛, 早些日子連扭毛巾也痛, 很影響生活。醫生說是彈弓指, 應看物理治療, 於是在網上找到了林姑娘。聽了建議, 治療也做了一段時間, 已經改善很多。其實一開始也怕衝撃波治療會有影響, 因為做完治療還是痛, 但多做了幾次, 手指緊著的位置感覺鬆了點, 才比較放心, 現在感覺已經差不多好了。很感謝林姑娘, 很有心!

不知道是否因經常都縮起肩膀,還是經常對電腦, 成日都覺得肩膀好緊, 手又抬唔高。經朋友介紹, 去了找林醫師, 檢查到是肩周炎, 做衝擊波治療很痛, 但是有效果, 一開始做完治療手都會痺, 晚上痺痛到睡不著, 但慢慢見到手舉得高, 就比較有恆心練習林醫師所教的運動, 現在慢慢有好轉, 推介!
