我和老公有唔妥都係睇Dr Yip 的。最基本係：dr Yip 真係花時間聽你有咩問題, 再將問題逐一收窄，揾出問題所在。
Not many doctors, especially in hk, really LISTEN to patients. Patients may just spend 2-3 minutes in the consultation room and they’re asked to wait outside for medications. That’s it！As a result, patients may not really know what is going on after the consultation.
Another thing is, dr Yip’s English is very good. Unlike most of the doctors, who claim they graduated from univ in New York/aus/ U.K., seem to regurgitate from text books or they have a hard time to express themselves in English, dr Yip is eloquent both in spoken and written English. As a result, my husband can talk to dr Yip without any difficulties. Even when we request a referral letter/ sick leave certificate, dr Yip won’t take long to write us one in precise and professional manner.
Last but not least, I really appreciate dr Yip 關心病人，多過病人關心自己。dr Yip HERself gave me a call when the blood result had something wrong, but not thru nurses. She’s willing to spend time to discuss with you on phone rather than telling you to make another appointment to go back and forth.
I appreciate dr Yip’s efforts on treating us and other patients. Thank you and take care!

葉穎心醫生好細心架, 我同我D同事都係睇佢, 有病就即刻落去睇佢,佢好Take care我地D打工仔, 會適當時問我地需唔需要醫生紙, 不過佢唔會俾拎兩日, 最多拎當日睇醫生嘅假紙, 有醫德之餘, 亦好盡責, D藥仲好work添~ 所以我地成班同事都係佢捧場客, 有時咁岩上就唔舒服去睇,都會撞到同事, 因為個輪病開, 就會傳到成個office...有時真係多得D唔帶罩既同事…
