因為右手發唔到力兼母指有痺痛感覺，及後腰部更彊硬疼痛，起床時尤甚，因此請朋友介紹睇咩醫生好？好幾位朋友介紹左睇不同的醫生，睇過中醫針灸，但發現效果好慢，又睇過自然療法，用氣功治療，這醫師話我內臟有事，嚇了我一跳，我覺得有點古怪，只看了一次。最後有朋友介紹我睇骨科醫生，醫生照左Ｘ光，檢查骨骼無事，之後轉介我睇物理治療。

物理治療師陳文謙是位年約三十多歲的後生仔，經過差不多一個月的治療，我給他的評語正面。第一次治療前，陳醫師好細心幫我做檢查，知道我的問題位置，然後用各種儀器配合針灸及電療，加上拉筋運動。為因進展良好，最近呢兩次改用衝擊波，原因是可以快速消炎，止痛及使細胞自我收復。果然每做完一次，過兩日，手及腰的痺痛感覺漸漸消失，而且開始有力，活動自如了。

陳醫師不但醫術好，治療其間會講些保養骨骼關節的常識，而且配合話題，講一些大家有興趣的運動，將我的注意力轉移，從而減輕治療時的痛楚，因此，每次的治療都好像輕鬆地一舜間便過去了。

初時，一星期做兩次治療，因為恢復理想，所以治療的次數減少了。陳醫師知道我快要去非洲旅遊，所以吩咐我去前兩天做多一次治療，回來時再找他，有這樣貼心的治療師，日後骨骼關節的毛病可以方心地交托給他了。
