Reason for the visit was due to skin rash and the medication prescribe didn't work so went back for follow up. During visit, baby started crying and Dr. was not very tactful in calming down baby. The experience during second visit was worse. Dr. seemed rush and questions were not very welcomed. Due to long waiting time and the negative experience we would look for another Dr. who has more patience next time.
