Introdution :
Dr. Chris Y. F. Ho is a licensed chiropractor and physiotherapist. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After practicing as a physiotherapist in a number of hospitals, rehabilitation centres and private clinics for several years, he was determined to pursue his career in chiropractic field. To achieve this goal, Dr. Ho received his doctorate degree in Chiropractic with high honors from Chiropractic College in California. Gaining solid clinical experience over 20 years, he specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients in neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, sports injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. His personal interest and professional experience have influenced him significantly in the desire to work in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation especially spinal disorders. To cater patients’ needs better, Dr. Ho grasps his spare time to attend different courses and flourish his professional skills. He attained the Certificate of National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in the USA, the Certificate of Children Fitness Specialist in the USA, the Certificate of Personal Trainer in Australia and the Certificate of Care of Geriatrics in Hong Kong. Dr. Ho conducts regular health talks and spinal screening services in churches, schools, community organizations and care & attention homes. He is also devoted to enhancing people's knowledge on chiropractic, physiotherapy and prevention of diseases by providing health information on the media such as TV programs, newspapers and magazines.

因右大母指不能發力,筋痛及麻痺多天, 需然每天都塗按摩膏, 但仍不見好轉, 今天已經第四天了, 就連食指都開始有點問題, 不能把手握實, 心裡有些擔心.

我在網上四圍找骨科醫生, 幸好找到E大夫網站, 看到何醫生的評論不錯, 而且價錢可以接受, 因此打電話到診所預約.

第一次見何醫生, 他給我感覺是一位很溫和的年青人, 說話有禮, 他問我一些平常生活習慣及喜好而得知我怎樣形成手痺痛, 然後再加以詳細檢查斷症.

他說很大的原因是我經常用電腦導致頸冇了弧度，壓住神經線, 加上坐姿不正確, 及最近清潔東西時鈕毛巾太用力及頻密所致. 我想是對的, 其實我的右中指在兩年前巳發現有少許彈弓指, 當時只是輕微, 所以塗了消炎止痛膏便復完, 可能慮積了多年的疲勞便借意爆發痺痛.

何醫生幫我做了物理治療, 我很滿意今次的診斷, 提問的時間充足, 臨走前醫生還會引導我是否仍有什麼問題未問? 我再想了一想真是沒有問題了, 這樣才離開, 雖然未吃藥, 但初次給我的印像良好, 會再次光顧.

頸痛已年幾，看過骨醫、脊醫、跌打二三十次，只有小小進展。骨醫仲話要做手術，我當然唔想做。後來睇報紙見到何醫生的文章，跟我的情況很相似，然後就試下睇他。他用了物理治療、拍頸和拉頸的方法治療我的頸痛，都醫了十幾次，好開心好得番。他都算細心，我之前睇過啲集團醫療中心，完全唔掂，成日叫我買套票。買咗後，覺得好求其。

上個禮拜日起身突然條腰劇痛，落唔到床，去左急症室，結果俾左止痛藥就叫我返屋企。食左藥又好似好左少少。點知第二日起身條腰唔單止痛仲開始腳痺，朋友就介紹去睇他。

何醫生人好nice，做左兩次治療，已經冇咁痛。醫生話我平時打機坐姿唔好，先至咁後生有坐骨神經痛，教我平時喺屋企喺公司要留意啲乜、有咩生活習慣要改。

頸痛了2星期左右，條頸完全郁唔到，僵硬咗，過馬路想望左望右都望唔到。去左政府醫院睇急症，等左4個鐘終於有得見醫生，照左x光話乜事都冇，比左止痛藥就叫我走，d止痛藥真係好廢，食左等於冇食咁。

我之後又試左推拿、針灸，通通效果也是一般。有一天，我陪阿媽去做身體檢查時，個化驗所隔離就係何醫生。何醫生好詳細問症，解釋清楚，最重要我做左一次治療已見到效果，令我對他有信心。宜家做2左次治療，我條頸冇咁痛，可以擰左擰右，好左8成。醫生亦教我在家做伸展運動，加速治療效果。
