我是長期服藥病人，持公司AIA咭，根據保險條款是包免長期藥費及去萬寧取藥，但過往一年診所護士話不包，診所本身有藥不會叫病人去萬寧取，又話保險公司改了制度，我信以為真，最近向AIA查詢，他話不是。根本呢間診所想賺多些藥費，不跟保險公司規則做。

姚醫生診症非常仔细,家父在公家看了很久也診斷不了為什麼上腹這麼痛,去姚醫生那兒一看便有了診斷,而且安排入院立刻处理了,非常感谢醫生。

初次見醫生，我簡述病情，主要是肝的位置大少許痛，醫生便二話不說要我做腸胃鏡。我不明白為甚麼要做腸胃鏡，他只說會比較穩陣，我相信他的診斷，約了3天後去做手術。

整個流程也是他的護士跟我解釋，態度欠佳，收費和風險亦無講清楚。

手術在醫院進行，當天手術後醫生便不見了，醫院護士話醫生叫我手術後當天立刻去診所找他，我以為有乜野手術發現，中述他的護士仲Call我盡快去（大佬！我岩岩做完手術）。到達診所，原來只係拎葯，我話想見醫生，護士話要再收費。

手術的報告出左後，我去覆診，佢第一句問我，仲有無屙血，我告訢他我從來沒有屙血，我終於明白佢點解要我做腸胃鏡，原來佢聽錯左，我白做了一次手術。

最近發現小便有血, 人地話可能腸出現問題, 決意照下, 朋友介紹叫我睇姚醫生,因我沒有預約當時又太多人, 等了約9個字最終走人, 但眼見每位病人在房內都超過10-20分鐘, 所以我估醫生幾細心同有耐性 !!
