Introdution :
Dr. Peter K.H. Pang is a neurosurgeon specialising in spine, skull base and neurovascular surgery, especially stroke prevention and treatment. Dr. Pang’s main interest in neurosurgery is stroke particularly prophylactic endovascular treatment for cerebral aneurysms and intracranial & extracranial vascular stenosis. From 2003, Dr. Pang concentrated on minimally invasive skull base neurosurgery for tumour and neurovascular microsurgery and neuroendoscopy and minimally invasive endovascular treatment for stroke prevention and treatment. Dr. Pang graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Hong Kong in 1992. He did most of his neurosurgery training at Kwong Wah and Princess Margaret Hospitals in Hong Kong. In 2001, he did his fellowship in skull base, vascular and spine surgery in Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston of Massachusetts, and Barrow Neurological Institute of St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix of Arizona. In 2003, Dr. Pang was awarded Fellowship in neurosurgery from the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. He further broadened his knowledge by completing Interventional therapeutic Neuroradiology fellowship in Bicêtre Hospital, Paris in 2008.

彭醫生真是一位優秀的醫生！我很感謝他對我的半邊臉肌抽搐痙攣症所做的治療。我的半邊臉肌抽搐痙攣症已經困擾我很長一段時間了，現在，我終於恢復了正常的生活!

由一開始沒信心，因爲怕手術風險，也不曉得原來這個病是關腦裏面神經缐的問題，直到知道醫生已經做了很多類似手術，都可以根治到這個問題，我就放心將這個手術交給他。

整個過程中醫生都非常關心我的情況，他說手術進行的時候，有護士會量度著的。手術第二天眼周圍偶爾有幾下跳動，醫生說這是正常的，之後很快就完全沒有跳動抽搐了！

真的很開心找到彭醫生，聽他建議做了這個手術。最重要的是，這位醫生非常細心、耐心地解答了我所有的問題，讓我對我的病情有了更深入的了解。我感到非常幸運能夠得到這位專家的治療，我向他和他的醫療團隊表示最真誠的謝意和感激之情。

好多謝彭醫生幫我做了這個頸椎手術，令我重拾頸椎正常的生活。一年前我開始手出現麻痹，很奇怪的感覺，不知道怎麽形容，沒多加理會，有一天忽然覺得後背肩很痛很緊，手也提不起來，看過了普通醫生轉介看骨科，照了X光，磁力共振，也去給人按摩，結果症狀更嚴重，有一天痛到不知怎麽形容，好像給雷電一樣。很彷徨，也不知道要看什麽科，無意中看到一篇文章説到這些症狀有可能是頸椎出現問題。
經過朋友推薦，再看網上資料，應該要看腦外科醫生，我一向謹慎，見過幾個腦外科，腦内科醫生，說我是頸椎間盤突出，需要做手術，我最後選擇彭家雄醫生。經過彭醫生詳細講解，我決定做手術，但真的很害怕，幸好醫生能夠給我很大的信心和鼓勵，而且他經驗豐富，已經做過多次這類型的手術。這次手術很成功，透過微創的方式進行，術後第二天疼痛的感覺已大幅改善，到了現在已經可以正常活動，真的很感謝彭醫生！仁心仁術！經過了這個手術之後，我在自己facebook分享做手術的後感，發現原來很多人也有同樣的問題，而且不知道應該要看什麽科醫生，所以希望在這裏分享這個患病和手術經過。

I saw him because I always feel dizzy. He arranged a MRI brain to me and the cost was HK$15000. It was really expensive. The medicine he was prescribed to me was useless. His attitude was rude. Not recommend to see him! His partner Dr. Matty Wong who is a chiropractor was horrible too. She only gave me 5 min treatments and charged me HK$1500. I feel both doctors only wants money instead of caring for patients by heart.

因為手腳麻痺, 見過不同專科醫生, 照過磁力共振、都找搵唔到原因, 最後搵到彭醫生。

再一次照磁力共振，好彩及早發現有腦瘤！好感激疫情下遇到好醫生，疫情緣故好擔心所有入院程序，幸好最好都順利完成。除左手術，期間醫生亦提供疫苗意見，最後屋企人都打左疫苗，多謝醫生專業意見！

彭醫生係一個值得信賴既仁醫，好直接同埋所有安排都好快捷，好適合心急嘅人求診！

在網上論壇看到原來不斷眼眉跳是要看腦神經科，看了幾次普通科醫生都以爲是休息不足夠，
最後決定看彭醫生，原來他説現在眼眉跳是很常見的病，原因是神經綫受壓所致，他提供了兩個選擇做手術或者打肉毒桿菌針。

由於本人極爲害怕做手術，有另一個選擇，就先嘗試看下效果。看完診，很快就安排到醫院打針。打了針後，眼跳面跳已經立即受控，令我得到即時的舒緩，此病令我困擾多時，多謝彭醫生！
