醫生本人較慢熱，但明白病人需要，我08年第一次睇只需9個時間就能從嚴重重症康服，之前一個情緒科醫生診治6個月時間，只給我鎮靜劑又唔肯減藥。睡了半年。蕭醫生一看就替我改藥，起碼令我可以正常工作。今年3月焦慮抑鬱症發作，蕭醫生只用不到四個月的時間，我已康復，不用覆診。

醫生極不守時，一般他很遲才會診所，只是讓病人久等。拖証，不肯讓病人嘗試減藥，安眠藥只會長開，不理會是否會引起上癮、藥物倚賴的問題。

只聆聽，不作解釋，寫野摺埋個file唔比你睇，好似驚死比人知道啲咩咁！又收得貴，一粒藥收二千九蚊，仲冇話我咩病就開藥，食左冇咩效果，比佢擔誤病情！之後叫佢寫信轉界去政府睇，拖左勁耐都冇，再睇佢就減五百蚊利誘人！哩個醫生真係勁冇醫德，我以後都唔會再睇佢，朋友親人有病都唔會介紹哩個醫生！
