1/ 診証唔望住人
2/ 細聲到聽唔到問乜
3/ 鼻塞冇照顧鼻
4/ 口龍痛第一個反應係「驚你係 Covid, 帶返個口罩先」感冒都會傳染㗎喇，戴口罩保護自己係基本，身為一個耳鼻喉專科呢啲常識都冇
5/ 有啲失聲，睇吓個喉嚨就叫你照喉內窺鏡，問佢，我係咩病，佢話見咗先至知，完全謀財嘅感覺
6/ 等咗20分鐘，睇咗5分鐘，結果我都係唔知自己有咩病
7/ 最尾嗰陣，佢話唔照就配啲最普通嘅藥俾你啦，點解要俾千幾蚊睇專科呢？
我不嬲都鼻敏感，睇醫生由細睇到大，呢個醫生真係好唔掂。完全唔關心病人，淨係想叫你照呢啲或做手術。講完舒服啲！

醫生態度麻麻 一直不看人 自說自話
沒心裝在 重覆病發時間多次仍不記得 三日聽成了三個月。。
時間趕急 五分鐘便看完 沒足夠機會詢問病情
可幸護士態度尚算良好
診金對比服務質素偏貴 個人認為有更好選擇

洪醫生是一位經驗豐富的醫生。		 20/04/2014 07:13
Message:
我患有慢性鼻竇炎。他幫我進行了功能性內視鏡鼻竇手術。我認為手術十分成功，沒有痛楚，復元也十分順利。現在痛症已經消失。

洪醫生彬彬有禮，願意聆聽病人需要，手術後亦會再度叫病人到訪，作出檢查。要是洪醫生能夠更主動地解釋關於鼻竇炎的問題會更加好。

洪醫生的診所整潔衛生，等候時間亦很短。但診所裏其中一位女護士(長髮)完全地破壞了洪醫生醫務所的形象。她連最基本的禮貌和尊重也沒有，對病人態度惡劣，當病人提問時，亦表現沒有耐性，毫無醫德。除此之外，我認為洪醫生十分值得推介。

Dr Hung is an experienced ENT doctor. 		20/01/2014 07:08
Message:
I had recurrent sinusitis. He performed a functional endoscopic sinus surgery on me and I would say its worth it because he made it a painless experience. Even during recovery, I do not experience much discomfort. Now, my headache and facial pain is eased.

Dr Hung is willing to listen to your concerns. He also did proper follow ups for his patients. Would be great if he proactively offers more explanation on the diseases since sometimes patients dont know what questions to ask.

His private clinic is decent and tidy. It doesnt feel like you are in a horrible clinics with lots of germs at all. And as long as you made a booking, you dont have to wait for a long time (around 5 minutes)

However, one of the nurses (long haired one) in his clinic totally ruined the image of Dr Hungs clinic. She is rude, impolite, and impatient.
She does not show basic respect to the patients. When a simple medical question was asked, she answered it impatiently with a rude attitude. It's a shame.

Despite the unpleasant experience with his nurse, I highly recommend Dr Hung if you have any ENT problems.

我一向耳仔有小許問題，聽野好唔清楚，上網見到洪致偉醫生評語唔錯，所以一試，準時去到唔使等，洪醫生好細心問我有關我耳仔的問題，而且耐心聆聽，洪醫生話我耳膜有積水，佢開咗藥俾我，真係好有效，依家耳仔已經好番了。
