我覺得腰痛去看醫生，醫生話我是坐骨神經痛，沒想到原來椎間盤突出壓到神經線，一旦發作就是劇痛不止，不能起牀，完全影響日常生活，坐立不安，晚上更是不能入睡。幸得陳醫生幫忙，照了MRI原來不算嚴重，還教我把枕頭放漆下趟平休息，才能在短時間有效地治好這個病。
