早排膝頭關節不是太順暢，經朋友介紹下認識林醫生，林醫生細心問症後告知是早期退化關節痛。醫生詳細解釋情況，配合抽水及止痛，情況有好轉。及後耐心教導簡單運動保護關節，非常難得。感謝林醫生。
