上星期打波拗柴, 睇咗跌打反而越捽越腫, 最後反而做物理治療好返。
有問必答, 唔講都唔知原來 Laser 可以消炎消腫, 另外配合針灸, 效果顯著。

之前左手手指好痛 , 睇咗骨科醫生後...先知原來係彈弓指 , 醫生話可以做物理治療 / 手術處理...但因為嗰日太痛 , 第日又要返工...所以就決定做咗物理治療先...

物理治療師知道我係做文職 , 成日要打字拎文件 , 首先佢幫我針灸 + 超聲波 , 之後再教我返屋企得閒可以熱敷下 , 可以幫助血液循環...放鬆肌肉 , 真係好細心 , 而且針灸一啲都唔痛 , 手勢好好 , 雖然第日都仲有啲痛...但至少打到字...拎到文件...
