本人75歲母親因意外跌倒至断裂三隻門牙，最初她很害怕不安地去第一次見Dr. Yau ，但Dr. Yau非常耐心地去解釋她傷勢與及非常專業地，給予她很大信心，在不會受痛楚下，去分段完成傷口的處理; Dr. Yau也非常專業地，將視乎情况在有條件之下，建議能否適合種牙或其它方案，而每次都非常關心老人家的糖尿情況，十分認真檢查傷口，雖然二月至，需時大约三個月，但當老人家能由當初害怕，到每次再見到邱醫生都有講有笑，至昨天终能帶上假牙時，老人家那份自然流露的喜悦，不能言喻，十分感恩。

千祈唔好幫襯禾輋商場3樓叫邱士葦嗰間牙科
醫生好無醫德 態度又差
幫我剝牙 打麻醉針打錯位 冇藥到
跟住我叫痛 想掙扎
佢發晒脾氣咁叫我唔好郁
不停鬧我叫我收聲
跟住叫姑娘撳住我唔俾我郁
最後我俾佢係冇麻醉藥發揮嘅情況下
監生剝咗隻牙

剝牙嘅過程維持左10分鐘
嗰段時間我生不如死
我痛到就嚟暈咗 我體驗到古人酷刑嘅感覺
我嗰一刻好想叫人一刀插死我
跟住完左我喊到收唔到聲
仲俾佢鬧我未見過人咁誇張
小小痛就喊
之後我下次就再同佢嘈左幾句
佢叫我bloody Chinese
真係好笑 自己唔係鬼佬有咩資格講呢句

未發生呢件事之前佢幫我cool牙
佢成日用啲鉗夾到我嘴唇都算
Cool完之後 其他牙醫話cool得勁差
搞到我兩隻大牙向外斜左出去
睇X光仲拉傷咗我兩隻牙嘅牙根組織
手勢又差 態度又差 有冇醫德

投訴無門 牙醫協會根本唔會理依啲

奉勸各位千祈唔好去嗰度受苦
