於2023年7月中，本人之小腸氣復發，曾入住沙田威爾斯醫院兩次，院方醫生表示情況可控，讓本人出院，手術排到2024年11月左右，我無法等候，因患處常常痛影響大小二便。從網上搜查到香港小腸氣專科，立刻致電查詢，姑娘細心解釋手術各項收費、留院時間及約見醫生，並將詳細資料whatsapp給我及等本人考慮好，可以再覆他們。姑娘服務態度十分細心及專專，令本人從姑娘解説中排除了疑慮。後來到約診及安排留院進行手術，都十分䀡心及穩妥，事後覆診都十分到位，本人十分滿意，特別致謝診所姑娘及做手術醫生。

7月中，本人到仁樂醫療診所了解腸胃鏡檢查，經診所姑娘及鄧醫生詳細解釋後，安排於8月16日做腸胃鏡檢查，整個過程姑娘會給予戒口溫馨提示，檢查當日醫生準時到，檢查過程順利。之後安排覆診，解釋報告清楚。謝謝！
