Introdution :
DR. FRENDI LI (李詠茜博士) has over 20 years’ experience in treating psychological and emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviors, adjustment problems, traumatic reactions, addiction, personality problems as well as other serious psychiatric disorders in adults and children. She is currently the Clinical Director of the clinical psychology training program of the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Li specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also provides clinical supervision to mental health professionals, and is a popular speaker in seminars and workshops. She has authored and co-authored both Chinese and English books on mental health issues.
