請左兩次假去睇都睇唔成。第一次去到姑娘故意刁難及無禮貌地話唔處理電子醫療卡，考慮到自己病緊想求醫就打算即刻番屋企再攞實體卡回來都話唔得, 姑娘直接話唔會幫我即日睇到，不得不說呢位姑娘只係因為想處理電子卡而強迫病人下次再請假去睇，無論態度或語氣都相當令人難受，因為本身請了假，無辦法下出走廊同保險公司處理呢件事，保險公司堅稱電子卡是絕對接受的，入番去時個姑娘叫我如果無其他事就離開間診所唔好坐係入面 (當時在場係一個人都無的），感覺姑娘權力很大，唯有無奈到大堂等候保險公司消息，等了一小時保險公司話處理好了，再次到訪詢問姑娘就話醫生唔得閒睇，唯有無奈離開。到第二次電話再預約去睇時，突然上午打黎話醫生下午有急事要取消預約，搞到白白請了兩次假期都睇唔到。。感覺好差，決定睇另一個醫生。
