前後左右轉動頸部都痛的情況持續了3個多月，以及左邊手感到麻痺及乏力，所以去了看脊醫。原來頸椎移位，做了一次治療暫時未有明顯效果，不過醫生的態度很好，我唔明白的地方她都會再次解釋，已預約下星期再覆診。

幾個月前開始覺得有下背痛同埋左邊腳痺，坐低既時間情況特別嚴重，初初以為過一排會無事會自己好返，但由於返工時間長期都係坐係到，所以結果只係覺得愈來愈痛，都幾影響日常生活。之後公司同事介紹左我去睇朱醫生，照左x光後發現原來壓住左少少神經線，做左一排治療之後都覺得有改善，起碼返工時坐得耐都冇咁辛苦。
