幾年前, 冼醫生曾幫仔仔診治眼睛問題. 他的診症好好, 而當時護士的服務, 安排亦很好。
可惜今個月打電話預約, 護士姑娘以一把未瞓醒的聲音、無禮貌的態度應對。在診所與病人溝通時, 根本聽到她說什麼。再約其他時間時, 居然可說: 醫生得嗰幾日喎, 咁你得唔得?"
點解冼醫生可容忍咁服務態度的員工??????
