I would like to ask everyone’s opinion, as a psychiatrist, should he said or done anything mentioned below:
The doctor reduced the dosage of medication upon the patient’s father’s request, in order for him to get up early to work, however, his illness was not appropriately treated.
The psychiatrist told our family that the patient’s condition is psychosis, however, as the patient’s father was controlling and manipulative, under such conditions, the illness would only get worse, as it forms a great pressure towards the patients. I would like to ask that, as a psychiatrist, should he made such a comment?
The doctor expressed that this is the patient’s family issues, as a doctor, he does not have the obligation to deal with it, considering the patient’s father is unwilling to change, the problems created still exists, I would like to ask, as a psychiatrist, is there anything he could have done for the patient that is correct and beneficial to the patient?

想請問大家，作為精神科醫生，應否有以下行為或言論嗎？
1.醫生會因為病人的爸爸的要求，將藥物處方減少，以達到病人爸爸的要求病人於減藥後，可在早上起床去爸爸公司上班，因此病情得不到適當藥劑量治療。
2.醫生告訴我們家屬，病人病情為思覺失調，但病人爸爸對病者用控制一切的手法，處理病人和其家屬，這惡劣環境下，病人病情也差，因而產生具大壓力，我想問作為醫生可否有以下言論呢？
3.醫生表示這是病人的家庭問題，作為醫生沒有責任去處理，鑑於病人爸爸處理手法不變，產生問題依舊存在，想問作為精神科醫生可為病人做什麼，係對病人正確的？

Dr. Ting is very thoughtful and considerate. With his help I've put my life into perspective thereby reducing mental stress allowing me once again to enjoy living. His method is to not only alleviate symptomatic ailments which can be problematic but treat the entire psychological makeup which will prevent future ailments. His demeanor is light-hearted, stern when the situation calls for it but non threatening. After a couple of visits it's like being treated by a good friend who has your interests at heart, some one you can trust. Thanks,
