My husband has been diagnosed with acoustic neuroma.聽角神經瘤。 It was a big tumor that open surgery is needed. Dr. Lam explains clearly about the disease n different kinds of treatment approaches.

Surgery was done in 7 hours. My husband recovered so well that he has none of the side effects such as headache, vomit, double vision etc...My husband can go back home in 5 days. I feel so blessed to have chosen Dr. Lam n Dr. Tong has our surgery doctors.

我找到一位有醫德同醫術精湛的醫生		 09/06/2014 11:05
Message:
本人在7月確診腰椎間盤嚴重凸出，需要手術治療。
我先後看了兩位骨科醫生，兩位神經外科醫生。從醫生的經驗，手術創傷性的大小和對醫生的觀感，以作比較。
第一位骨科醫生只用了8分鐘，建議我做傳統手術，並說微創手術不適合我，但沒有詳細解釋。他又說快要放假，要我快點下決定何時做手術。
第二位骨科醫生和一位神經外科醫生同樣建議我做顯微手術，傷口是2cm，可能要鑽去一點椎版。
兩位醫生 都非常專業同詳細解釋。
而籃醫生就建議我做微創內視鏡手術，傷口是1cm，可能要鑽去一點椎版。
籃醫生好詳盡解釋手術會點樣做，有什麼風險等。然後給了我一個網址，內容正是手術的詳情，非常體貼的安排。
籃醫生是一位有名氣和有經驗的醫生，收費絕對合理。加上微創手術，傷口比較小，我決定找籃醫生為我做手術。
手術進行得相當順利。做完手術後，我感覺不到傷口痛，可能只1cm。而且籃醫生沒有鑽去我的椎版，憑他的經驗和細心，只在骨與骨之間把凸出的腰椎間盤逐小逐小拎出來。真感謝籃醫生!
後來，我在電台聽到一位被訪醫生說:
『不是每位醫生懂得和有信心做內視境手術，要憑醫生的經驗和醫生的一雙巧手。』
有病是一種不幸。
好感恩，好大幸，我找到一位有醫德同醫術精湛的醫生。
