病人要求姑娘安排醫生填寫賠償申請表，姑娘說沒有申請表，病人問有沒有fax ,email 姑娘態度極差說：「冇！點解我地要有呢個服務？我哋唔會有呢個服務」，「仲有我哋要收$300個喎！你send張form 嘅時候比埋＄300⋯⋯」態度極不尊重別人，完全影響醫生聲譽！
