• Untrue, false or misleading comment
  
• Using different identities to post comments about the same doctor
  
• Word/Pictorial Content with insulting, provocative words, fabricating facts to slander others, or personal attacks
  
• Illegal or offending comments
  
• Devoid /non specific comments that do not assist the process of selecting doctors
• Physicians forged comments as identities of patients/employees
  
• No personal experience/ fake reviews suspected to be posted by a physician or its competitors
• By doctors at preferential interest or in any way driven by the comments submitted
