原定今日入院預備做腸胃鏡檢查, 辦入院手續時發現杜醫生姑娘忘記申請保險批核, 但在三天前姑娘通知我入院信和預算表已傳真到醫院, 所以我相信她們已辦妥有關手續, 更令人失望是她們推說是保險公司的批核問題, 完全沒有盡力補救過失, 只說是日沒辦法取得批核, 提議改期, 其實我通過我司人事部協助, 於半小時內已取得特快批核, 即證明杜醫生姑娘亦可以做到但沒嘗試, 當時我的心情已跌入谷底, 選擇取消所有安排,
