I have always sought advice from Dr. Fong as I live close to his clinic. He is detail minded, he never overestimated your illnesses, if the medication is not effective he will ask you to do a checkup. The most unforgettable experience with him was when my relative had a serious problem. Public hospitals put him on a 2 year waiting list, so I told him to first consult Dr. Fong, just to know what was going on, and no need to panic and worry for such a long time. After the results came in, Dr. Fong told him in detail of how to deal with the situation, what to do and so on, explained to him all the side effects of the drugs, and wrote a referral letter to transfer him to a specialist. After 2 weeks, I was told from my relative that Dr. Fong called to check on his condition, and whether there are improvements. My relative said he has never met such a caring doctor, and he is lucky to discover the illness and seek treatment at an early stage. If not, he cannot possible imagine the consequences of waiting for the public’s hospitals’ checkup…

我們一家已光顧方醫生有13年，方醫生無論診治小孩子或是長者都十分細心、有耐心，並會詳細向病人及其家人解釋病人的病況及注意事項，務求化解病人及家人的擔憂和疑慮。其診所的姑娘，更會詳細向病人講解藥物的服用注意事項，並歡迎病人隨時致電診所作查詢。

有時遇有非訪所治療之專科，方醫生亦會為病人作出專業意見，發揮仁醫之心，幫助病人解決疑慮。所以我一家大細都視方醫生為家庭醫生，並十分信賴方醫生。

一直睇方醫生除左原因係近屋企，仲有係佢細心分析。 首先佢唔會係咪都嚇左你一餐， 叫你食完今次藥唔得你都係要去check up. 最令我impress的是有次， 我親戚有事， 公立醫院排期排9世先可以知咩事， 我就叫佢去左方醫生度先， 得到d consultation先， 唔使咁徬徨住。 方醫生幫佢除左睇手頭上報告之餘， 仲好仔細同佢講左之後要點做， 作用副作用一一講解。 仲寫埋信轉介。 過多2星期後， 我親戚仲話方醫生仲打黎問佢排左期未， 情況點樣。 呢個醫生， 我親戚仲話未見過一個咁細心耐心既醫生， 好彩有佢， 發現得早。 如果唔係， 的公立醫院！？ 後果係點簡直係不敢想像。
