背痛問題已經纏繞了我很久, 有時沒問題, 有時侯一痛就是數天, 經朋友介紹下, 嘗試物理治療, 陳先生很細心, 肯慢慢聽我說明我的情況再分析, 我認為電療最舒緩到我的痛楚, 治療亦有做針灸, 牽引治療。三至四次的治療已康復很多, 暫時都沒有復康。很好!

偶爾會有頸痛問題, 今次覺得痛多了, 決定看看物理治療。陳先生先幫我檢查, 發現我有脊椎側彎的問題, 並幫我做了一些舒緩治療, 做了一、兩次感覺鬆了, 陳先生還教了我兩個運動可以改善脊椎側彎, 告訴我一些要注意的地方, 很好!

之前試過踎低想搬野, 結果想起身個下真是起不到身, 要定一定先起到。至到6月, 有日食完野起不到身, 痛到完全郁不到, 家人先上網找資料, 帶我去睇陳醫生。陳醫生話這是急性椎間盤突出, 有機會突然打哈次都會觸發, 第一次治療真是每郁一下都十分痛, 完了之後回家都好小心, 不過做了3,4治療已經沒有咁痛, 至完成治療現在已經沒事, 亦都注意多了姿勢問題。陳醫生很好, 感謝
