As someone has already mentioned below, this doctor gets pretty defensive and rude when you want to make further enquiries about your diagnosis or bring up issues with your treatment plan. Honestly disappointed.

醫生態度不大穩定，起初十分友善幽默，但當自己提出對症的疑問，又不能清楚解釋，很defend自己的判斷。有欠缺耐性，時常比錯藥的份量，包括姑娘。而且，輪候時間總是太長，疫情期間有點擔心，有時甚至沒有位置安座。
經常轉藥，難以適應，故漸趨惡化。可能初次求診，不易察覺，要自己用時間消化醫生反覆的反應。
Clinic內長時重複播映演唱會，令等候的我和家人感到極其厭煩，更是辛苦！後來才發現藥費收得很貴，比起其他診所。雖傳媒時有出鏡，但現實終歸現實。

Ricci's waiting time is very very long and could take up to an hour. I have reflected it to Ricci and his nurses few times. No improvement has been made at all, so I decided to change psychiatrist. Ricci told me that he just has so many patients that he over-booked schedule everyday.
I work in the medical field as well and underwent clinical placement in hospitals outside of Hong Kong. Punctuality is one thing that we were trained in uni. It means showing respect to your clients and having them to wait for you is quite unethical in a way too! At my clinic, I appreciate my clients who make schedule ahead in order to show up on time for our appointment. I am writing this hoping Ricci to improve and his practice but not to disrupt reputation to his clinic.

已求診兩年，從一開始喊住睇醫生到依家可以談笑風生，真係一個不容易既時間，好彩有醫生同診所姑娘會耐心聆聽我既煩惱同憂慮，從而給予合適既意見，加上藥物既治療（如果試新藥，醫生會叫我係診所食一粒先，確認無任何不適先會比我離開，實在細心），令我可以放心將病情交託於佢地，同埋相信自己既精神健康會變得愈嚟愈好。

用心醫治，耐心聆聽，很好、很溫柔親切的醫生，充滿正能量。第一次睇時雖然很緊張，但心情好快被診所的佈置平靜下來。不像很嚴肅地看精神科醫生，而是好像有位好朋友聆聽自己的事，也令我明白吃藥沒有什麼大不了，就像一場感冒。謝謝張醫生！
