耳朵流水，聽力受影響，別人介紹我看陳醫生，陳醫生很快準確看出我的問題，洗乾淨裡面的髒東西，並指出造成病症的原因及以後注意事項。治療一次已解決問題。感謝陳醫生。姑娘也很耐心，細心。總之感覺很好，會介紹朋友來看病！

初次光顧，陳醫生態度好好，好客氣，檢查完隻耳仔就好快可以講解病情，病因，同埋建議之後適合治療手術方法等等，講得都幾詳細，聽到自己會明白多左點解會發炎，同埋佢幫我清潔耳仔周檢查耳道既時候，手勢好溫柔，唔會太痛，陳醫生都會叫忍住有少少痛，所以成個睇病過程都好安心又好服務，連護士既態度都有禮貌，可能始終係私家專科掛。

這幾年間, 因耳朵間偈性嚴重發炎, 巳轉了四位專科醫生, 陳穎鈞醫生屬於第五位, 他亦是講解最詳細, 洗耳最細心的一位, (之前好幾位都洗得很不舒服) 但陳醫生手勢最好, 會盡量叫我把頭向那個位置來配合他, 就減少了洗耳時的不適。

他亦是第一位提出我的鼻都問題發生, 影響到耳朵的醫生, 之前四位都只是耳痛醫耳, 沒有認真檢查到我鼻長期敏感都影響到耳朵的問題。

他也很實際地講出問題所在, 做手術和不做手術的分別和影響。看耳鼻喉科巳太多經驗, 怎也能觀察到一些那位醫生是用心去看病的。
