小兒手腳出疹發燒。第一次睇家庭醫生，當感冒加敏感。之後全身出疹，再睇家庭醫生，懷疑麻疹或德國麻疹，但因為打足疫苗，無乜理由有，所以轉介兒科醫生。
睇第一個兒科醫生，都話可能係麻疹或德國麻疹，叫我地入院做檢查確診。

我地決定睇多個兒科醫生，就睇左葉鵬飛醫生。葉醫生一睇就發覺小兒舌頭都有紅點，應該係猩紅熱。食藥就得，唔使入院做檢查。果然診斷準確！
因為猩紅熱係法定須呈報疾病，葉醫生不怕麻煩斷診為猩紅熱，仲要填表呈報上衛生署。可見葉醫生醫德很好，非常專業。
