After my appointment with Ms Lau, I was recommended to take CT scan and blood tests. However, the nurses were very rude when I tried asking for the follow ups of booking an appointment. It is a shame that the nurses refused to explain patiently about the pricing and processes of booking them. The nurse even rush to interrupt the patient's questions and had thevmost agreesive tone in blaming patient for not knowing the time needed for generating a CT scan report, saying that "and said, "你唔應該問我地囉!". ‘我重有好多電話，你快小小好唔好？’
