I had really bad experience with this doctor. He was impolite and rude to patient. I was on another phone call when he called in from hospital. It was displayed as no caller ID, so I decided to finish my own call first. However he dial in for 4-5 times without any voice messages within one minute. After my personal called, I immediately picked up his phone. The first conversion he said was “what take you so long, you are not a superstar, I should not wait for you for so long to pick up the phone.” I felt really bad because there was no prior notice from him that he will call in within the day, nor he left a message for me saying that he has something urgent to tell me. There were a lot of awful words he said during the rest of his conversation, and I did not feel comfortable about it.

It’s my first time writing a review on a doctor in my life. I had a really bad experience at st Theresa hospital, with doctor YEUNG KOON SHING he was very impolite and rude and not professional at all.
He doesn’t explain anything clear and also specks in away which is so fast and unclear. And what’s the worse is that he diagnosed it wrongly. Went to another doctor and it had made it clear what he wasn’t correct.
And his procedure and how he processed it was not acceptable!
And is attitude tells me that he judges people , rather they have a good insurance or if they can afford, which is totally not professional. He is a doctor that only cares cases which he can make profit from!
I just want to say he had made a very bad impression of this hospital and as a doctor as well!
Show some respect to the patients and people!
