Unprofessional | 不專業 | Wasting of Time and Money
對有關楊協和醫生於俊X專科診所(TST)的收費及服務本人感到相當失望‧I am very disappointed to Dr. Yeung Hip Wo's service provided and the unreasonable fee of charge in ELXXE CLXXIC (TST).
本人在楊醫生建議下做了超聲波檢查。及後收到俊X專科姑娘通知檢查結果已出。我要求如無異狀, 請電話通知我無大礙。如有異樣, 則再會診楊醫生。俊X專科拒絕我的要求, 並要求我一定要見楊醫生方可知到檢查結果。我對此安排感到錯愕, 並更加擔憂自己身體狀況。
結果我請了半天的假期, 會診楊醫生時。楊醫生用約一分鐘, 單純告知本人並無大礙, 我可以離開。離開時專科診所向我索取1,000港元作診金。
本人對此次經驗感到十分差, 並認為相關收費及服務安排非常不專業。
I decided to have check-up on my prostate and was advised by Dr. Yeung to have an USG test. After the USG, the clinic clerk advised that I CAN ONLY obtain the result of USG by SEEING Dr. Yeung by appointment. I suggest that if nothing is diagnosed, just let me know the result BY PHONE. They rejected and said that i MUST meet Dr. Yeung for the result.
While i took half day leave for seeing Dr. Yeung and then was told that everything is just fine. This costed me additional consultation fee of HK$1,000.
Such a wasting of time and money! Unprofessional specialist company and doctor.
