之前睇左醫生都已經知道要做物理治療，但因工作關係，時間沒法掉動。上網找到陳先生的治療中心，查詢了晚上的時間都開放，我很快就做了預約。腳的問題做了一段時間的物理治療已經沒有再痛，好多謝陳先生細心的治療。

4月左右打波個陣拗柴，本來諗住抖下就冇事，點知第2日腳掌除左仲腫得好誇張，睇完醫生先知骨折，打左石膏大概1個半至2個月。拆左石膏之後，經朋友介紹到左物理治療師陳生的中心做衝擊波治療，雖然打衝擊波都幾痛，但好快就有效果。現時跑步都沒冇問題，但都會避免做一些劇烈運動，都驚會再整親。

拇指的問題一直都唔好，看了醫生都沒有太大的好轉，轉介下去了治療師陳生做物理治療，做了一個叫聚焦式衝擊波，做左幾次就好左好多，但過程就好痛。不過重要是拇指的問題解決左。
