As someone has already mentioned below, this doctor gets pretty defensive and rude when you want to make further enquiries about your diagnosis or bring up issues with your treatment plan. Honestly disappointed.
Ricci's waiting time is very very long and could take up to an hour. I have reflected it to Ricci and his nurses few times. No improvement has been made at all, so I decided to change psychiatrist. Ricci told me that he just has so many patients that he over-booked schedule everyday.
I work in the medical field as well and underwent clinical placement in hospitals outside of Hong Kong. Punctuality is one thing that we were trained in uni. It means showing respect to your clients and having them to wait for you is quite unethical in a way too! At my clinic, I appreciate my clients who make schedule ahead in order to show up on time for our appointment. I am writing this hoping Ricci to improve and his practice but not to disrupt reputation to his clinic.
